Kindergarten & New Student Orientation
August 8th Join us in the Innovation Center—signs will point you there.
Kindergarten Meet & Greet:
11-11:45 AM
Kindergartners and their families are invited to visit their classroom, meet the teacher, and connect with classmates.
New Student Orientation (Grades 1–6):
10-10:45 AM
New families are invited to join us for a welcome, school tour, and chance to meet your teacher. All 1st grade families are encouraged to attend.
Back to School Night
August 14th 5-6:30pm
Parents and guardians will have a chance to connect with teachers and learn about the upcoming school year. Teachers will share about classroom procedures, curriculum and expectations and there will be ample time for asking questions.

*You only need to attend one session per teacher. The same information will be provided during both sessions.
Hills Ice Cream Social
August 22nd 3-5pm
Mark your calendars and join us after school for cold treats, entertainment, games, and more!
The Ice Cream Social is a fun and welcoming way for new SurfRiders to explore our school community and for returning SurfRiders to reconnect with friends and teachers after the summer break.
Enjoy delicious Kona Ice, face painting, music, and of course—ice cream! We hope to see you there!
